Deep House Yoga

Summer is here and this event is a funky, fun & soulful summer event and Buti Yoga experience, its a music, movement and visual journey exploring the theme and energy of summer vibes and flow through movement, sound, deep house and sound healing. This is a 3 hour event with a 1.5 hour dynamic vinyasa flow yoga practice guided by the dynamic & fun Lily Ann Page, held by an ambient and Deep House musical journey by Najib Hadir on a Funktion 1 sound system, during Savasana guests will experience a 30 minute close-contact sound reiki experience by Nima Sepehr. The Sound healer will move through the space playing ocean drum, crystal harp, flow chimes and crystal chalice. Juice bar & dance party after class. Feel AMAZING in your body, mind, and soul - perfect prep for all those summer parties & travels. DEEP HOUSE YOGA is a community based on the principle that movement, music, yoga & sound are healing medicines. Our community hosts events, retreats and workshops globally.
