Sound Baths

Vibrations

One of the favorite things we like to offer is a full set sound bath. In a classical way, sound baths are a great meditative practice. One where you get to lay down and just relax. There's definitely truth to that, and many of our attendees fall asleep. Every session. But we also believe they have another powerful impact. When done with compassion and the intention they can move people in many different ways. We have people that break into tears, some find awakenings and everyone relaxes into a deep meditation. The only way to really understand it and appreciate it is to participate in one. Checkout our events page for our upcoming sound baths.
