Deep House Yoga "Flow & Glow"- The NEW YEAR is here, HOORAY, BYEEEE 2022, and this event is a funky, fun & soulful event and Buti Yoga experience designed to energize & uplift your body, mind and soul! Deep House, Buti Yoga, Sound Healing and epic visual stories combining in this immersive event. This is a 3 hour event with a 1.5 hour dynamic vinyasa flow yoga practice guided by the dynamic & fun Lily Ann Page, held by an ambient and Deep House musical journey by Najib Hadir on a Funktion 1 sound system, during Savasana guests will experience a 30 minute close-contact sound reiki experience by Nima Sepehr. The Sound healer will move through the space playing ocean drum, crystal harp, flow chimes and crystal chalice. Juice bar & dance party after class.
