Reconnect Retreat

Continuing on the work that we started two years ago, with enhanced practices and more skills. These gatherings have become an essential part of our well beings. To practice mindfulness, vulnerabilities & release all the stuck emotions and energies that are no longer serving us well. This time around we added a few more tricks in our bag with guided silent eating practice where we got to practice taking our time eating. Something we usually do as a chore and letting it become an experience. Another activity that was really transformational for us was the practice of trauma healing as a collective and a safe circle.
