This goes out to our Iranian Community

I can’t think of a better way to continue our retreats work but to serve as part of a beautiful new collaboration that aims at our individual and collective cultural growth. We’re so excited to announce our next retreat called “Bâham”. With a new unique offering that sits at the bottom of my heart. Our intention is to work together through mindfulness practices & group workshops and do a deep dive into our personal growth and cultural issues. This is driven by the recent uprising in Iran and the Women, Life, Freedom movement that has shaken our lives. It’s our belief that our personal growth one by one leads to the larger collective shift as a whole. And that we have a responsibility as individuals to do our part to move forward the culture that we love so dearly. I’m very excited to be taking a small part alongside some amazing friends to bring this to life. Hope to see some of you there. Our physical space is very limited, but our mission is cosmic.

Our Intention

Drawn from the recent uprising of Iran and the Women, Life, Freedom movement; Bâham gathering has been conceived as a vision for a cultural shift. With the belief that our personal growth one by one leads to the larger collective shift as a whole. Our intention is to move ourselves and our culture forward through Mindfulness, Movement & Ceremony.
