What is Prezenc?

My aim with Prezenc is building community where at its heart is the core of mindfulness practices & compassion. We aim to create safe containers for people to feel safe and be their authentic self. We host retreats, events and are looking into finding a future home where we get to build a community center

This is the way we build communities and share the values that we hold dear. Our retreats have had powerful impacts, bring change and awakening. People find new families, take away new practices and find courage to be themselves.
